Think about what you do when you feel that things are going wrong.

Sometimes, when things go wrong for Christians, or if they need something or want to reflect upon something, they pray to God for answers.

Think about what non-religious people might do in these situations.

Often, non-religious people reflect on what has happened and try to work out how to move forward. Sometimes this is by sitting quietly, writing things down, making a list or talking about it.

Task: Draw a picture and write about how you could reflect if you felt that you needed to.

You can write this on the sheet or in your exercise book.
